The meaning of railways according to article 1 paragraph (2) of Law No. 23 of 2007

well as legal certainty. The writing of this thesis uses a normative juridical method that
examines the legislation, railway Law, Consumer Protection Act, and the Civil Code of law.
It can be concluded that the railway that does not violate the law will not result in the legal
consequences of close-up and long-haul train passengers, one of which when the railway
has provided true and complete information to the Passengers and long-distance passengers.
