Bankruptcy of Debtor may result in the entire wealth and everything acquired during the
bankruptcy are in general encumbrances ever since the bankruptcy decision is pronounced.

In this study, the issue raised is how the settlement the Bankruptcy Assets against ownership title
to land along, based on Law No. 37 of 2004 on Bankruptcy and Minister of Finance Regulation
No. 93 / PMK.06 / 2010 on the Implementation Guidelines Auction and Minister of Finance
Regulation No. 106 / PMK.06 / 2013 on Implementation Guidelines Auction and How
responsibility Curator and Officials Auction auctioning land property rights shared without the
consent of the other party.
