Implementation of construction services by the government is an activity that
requires a construction budget that funds can be obtained from the State Budget
and the Regions. In practice, this often violated, especially in meeting the
technical specifications so that construction works are going on is a breach of the
employment contract construction. However, in the practice of law, the act is
often considered a criminal act and lead to corruption. This is the background of
this research. This study uses statutory approach and the conceptual approach.
The results of this research will examine further the implementation of
construction activities that could ultimately determine the shape of the failure of
the criminal act of construction work and building failures in the implementation
of construction activities.
