This study aims to find, discuss, and analyze whether the
discrimination is contrary SKW-making or not with the legislation in force.

And explore more in some legal trouble over discrimination heirs SKW-
making and provide the perfect solution for the interested heirs and can

create legal certainty for citizens in general.
This study used the approach of legislation (statute approach) and
conceptual approaches (conceptual approach), which statute approach uses a
hierarchy of legislation in seeking to resolve the problem of the research
undertaken. Legal materials are the primary legal materials, secondary legal
materials and field interviews. Materials appropriate legal then
systematically formulated in accordance with the subjects. Field studies
carried out by conducting interviews with sources who are competent and
related issues being discussed in this study.
Hopefully reading this thesis can be useful and add insight to its readers.
